1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using XSPORTTV you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Public prediction competitions are free to enter and do not accept wagers or deposits. Competition participants must be at least 18 years old, register one genuine account, verify their email, select a Nigerian state of residence and provide accurate information. Prize-bearing competitions are subject to applicable law and any additional published prize rules.
2. Three independent Weekend Predictor competitions
Match Winner: 10 points for correctly predicting home win, draw or away win; otherwise zero.
Correct Score: 10 points for the exact full-time score; 5 points where the exact score is wrong but the predicted win/draw/loss outcome is right; otherwise zero. The 10- and 5-point awards are not cumulative.
Total Goals: 10 points for correctly predicting Over 2.5 or Under 2.5 full-time goals; otherwise zero.
Each game has its own 10 selected fixtures, entry deadline and weekly and season-long national and state leaderboards. Maximum prediction score is 100 per game per week if all fixtures settle. Normal full-time scores include stoppage time, not extra time or penalty shootouts.
3. Random fixture selection
Fixtures are selected independently and randomly for each of the three games from the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1, without league preference. Normally two fixtures are selected per league, totaling 10. If any league has fewer than two eligible fixtures, the remaining places may be redistributed randomly, with a maximum of four fixtures from any single league. If 10 valid fixtures cannot be selected within these limits, that competition week is flagged for administrative review rather than filled with invented matches. Once published, the weekly selection is frozen for all participants.
4. Deadline and entry
Each game's entries and edits close one hour before the earliest kickoff in that game's selected fixture list, using West Africa Time (WAT). Each participant must submit all 10 predictions and a total-goals tie-break estimate before that deadline. No edits or late entries are permitted afterward.
5. Tie-breaks
For a weekly game, participants are ranked first by prediction points, then by the smallest absolute difference between their pre-submitted combined-goals estimate and actual combined goals across valid fixtures, then by the lower estimate. If still tied, they share the same rank. Season-long rankings use season points (including valid redeemed bonuses), then aggregate tie-break differences and estimates across valid entered weeks. Where prize positions are tied, the applicable pre-announced prize rules govern distribution.
6. Voided fixtures and data corrections
Postponed, cancelled, abandoned or otherwise unsettled fixtures are void and earn no prediction points. They are excluded from actual combined-goals tie-break totals. They are not replaced after entries lock. XSPORTTV may correct verifiable provider errors consistently across affected participants.
7. Referral points
Users receive one Referral Point for each of their first 50 successfully registered direct referrals. Beginning with the 51st registered direct referral, each additional referral earns two Referral Points. Earlier points are not doubled. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations and automated abuse are prohibited.
Referral Points become qualified and redeemable only after the referred person registers through the referral mechanism, verifies their email and participates in at least one eligible prediction game. Unqualified points cannot be redeemed. Referral points are separate from football prediction points.
8. One redemption per season
Each eligible user may make one referral-points redemption in the entire season, and only during the designated, fixture-calendar-validated redemption week. The administrator selects the latest eligible future week after checking the official fixture calendar. At least three of the five leagues must have fixtures in each of the next three competition weeks, and each of those weeks must have enough fixtures to select 10 matches with no more than four from any league. The selection is locked and publicly displayed; fixture changes may still occur after validation. The redemption window runs from Tuesday 00:00 WAT at the beginning of that week until the following Tuesday 00:00 WAT.
At redemption, all currently qualified, available referral points are converted to a leaderboard bonus: ceil(20% × qualified points redeemed). The user selects one destination: Match Winner, Correct Score or Total Goals. That bonus is added only to the selected game's season-long leaderboard. It never changes any weekly leaderboard. Redemption is final and cannot be split, transferred or repeated.
If a user does not redeem during the designated week, all unredeemed referral points are forfeited when the window closes. Referral points that remain unqualified, including those that qualify only after the window, cannot be carried into a later season. The same applies to points earned after the window. No cash, airtime or merchandise redemption is offered.
9. Season rankings, state and prizes
Weekly rankings count match prediction points only. Season-long rankings combine accumulated prediction points for that game with any valid one-time referral bonus allocated to it. State rankings use the state associated with the user's competition participation; state transfers may be locked during active seasons. Any prizes, eligibility conditions, claim deadlines and distribution rules must be published before a prize competition begins. No cash prize is guaranteed by these general terms.
10. Fair play and enforcement
Users must not create multiple accounts, manipulate referrals, bypass deadlines, submit automated entries without permission, falsify identity or state, or exploit vulnerabilities. XSPORTTV may investigate, suspend entries or reverse fraudulent points, with a reasonable review process. Major technical failures may require a documented and consistently applied competition suspension or cancellation.
11. Football data, intellectual property and privacy
Football information and results may be corrected or delayed by providers. Original XSPORTTV content and branding are protected by applicable law; third-party rights remain with their owners. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes, disputes and contact
Material competition changes should not retroactively disadvantage participants except where required by law or necessary to address a serious integrity issue.
